He gave a quote when he said he would and then showed up on the day he said he would. Work was done in the time he said it would be done. Add in the fact that he also comes across as a top guy, friendly and able to explain things without dropping into trade speak. I'm straight back on the phone to this guy should I need anymore electrical work.
