    John fixed the problem I had with a Lenovo laptop running under the fairly rare Lunix OS. He downloaded the relevant software having diagnosed that it was not a hardware problem. Worth the visit.

    John listened to the symptoms of the intermittent fault on my Desktop PC and then explained what he was about to do to verify his diagnosis of the probable problem. The tests he carried out confirmed his diagnosis and he continued by replacing the faulty item. After reassembling the PC he carefully checked all was now working as it should be. John was prompt, polite and competent throughout the entire process.
