2.5Verified ReviewLocal agent called them for a water leak. The initial fix seemed ok but drying out seemed deliberated extended: they didn't move items off the floor when drying the carpet and left the door open when dehumidifying! By incompetence or deliberately, they left a dehumidifier running (36kWh/day c.£200!) with water overflowing onto the carpet they were drying! Looked like deliberately taking advantage of an owner who isn't local. When I visited, the carpet was dry except where covered by furniture and where the machine was overflowing! Now charging over £1167 !

10It was an absolute pleasure having James and his team work on installing a new boiler. I know James is 27miles from Bournemouth but I’d still use his company for total peace of mind. I can’t recommend this business enough... you won’t go wrong.
