I have used this building firm before so can highly recommend this firm. They give real peace of mind, knowing the work will be carried out to such a high standard and in a timely way.

• Reinstating fascia, soffits and guttering

  Due to recent roof works we have discovered serious issues with this job. The fascias only had one fixing, no additional timber, fixings were completely missing rafters and did not fit felt that they quoted for. We told JP Holdaway about this.They offered to fix it themselves, we declined due to how bad the original work was. They only paid for half the cost of the fix. The response we had from the company was awful, blunt and did not explain how such a poor job could have been done or how they would fix this in the future. I would never use them again.

  My wife and I were initially dreading the thought of having an internal wall demolished and rebuilt but it couldn't have gone more seamlessly thanks to Jason and Jamie. Before any of the 'messy' work was started, everything was protected and the work was completed to a really high standard - we were delighted with the results. Both Jason and Jamie were very friendly, helpful and punctual.

  Jason and his team radiate capability and trustworthiness. On meeting them I was struck by how they were immediately assessing the property and they were quick to offer advice and reassurance. They completed the project to a tight deadline, even though additional essential work was discovered. Communication of the plan could sometimes have been more proactive particularly when it had to flex.
