    My total house renovation from top to bottom has been handled by Jason and his team in the most expert way; I am so impressed by his efficient organisation, expert knowledge, and very high standards - he works extremely hard, not to mention being the most tidy and courteous professional - always keeping me informed and offering very valuable friendly advice. I couldn't be more pleased with how my home has been transformed in a short time and I would wholeheartedly 100% recommend Jason for any project!

    Absolutely first class job of refurbishing the bathroom. Jason gave us very helpful advice and expertly planned everything, from start to finish. He’s super organised, and has very high standards of work. Really appreciated being kept up to date and leaving everything really tidy so minimal disruption.     I don’t know exactly where to start as my experience with Jason was faultless from start to finish with the loft extension and rear extension that Jason did, I have not come across a person who is as honest and a craftsman with the work that he does, everything was done to schedule and everything run smoothly from start to finish, everything was done to my highest expectations, I’m just in the process of purchasing another house that is going to be renovated top to bottom, I have already been in contact with Jason as I want him onboard with my next project….

JPH Property Developments have been trading for 20 years after working for a family business for 15 years. The majority of my work comes from recommendations and returning customers. I treat every job whether its decorating a small room to building a loft extension as if it’s my own property. I offer the complete package from jobs ranging to planning permission/approval, dealing with the Council and keeping my customers informed every step of the way. I have £1,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance and work with reputable trades working to a very high specification all of which I have known most of my working life. I am a family man and thoroughly enjoy getting up every day and going to work. All my work is carried out to a high specification.
