10Verified ReviewJamie responded to my request in a matter of minutes. After seeing a couple photos he quoted for the job. I had asked he give me a heads up when he was on his ways as my partner can be nervous having people in the house while looking after the kids, so I wanted to pop home from work to meet him. Jamie did beat me home, but on finding out I wasn't back yet offered to sit in his van and wait for me. Also the job turned out to need adapters and a bit of crawling around in the attic which wasnt expected, however he collected the parts and finished the job to the quoted price. Will call again!

6Verified ReviewHe carried out a repair but it didn’t resolve the issue and continued leaking after he had left. Options were discussed, then planned to replace the cistern. I took a day off but he texted saying that the new cistern hadn’t arrived. He wasn’t prepared to look for an alternative supplier so my leave day was wasted. He asked us to turn off the water and drain the water tank before he arrived to replace the cistern. After he left we found the hot water system wasn’t working (possible airlock). Messaged, but he said it wasn’t to do with him and then never responded to my reply. Very disappointing.
