    john & Ryan did a fabulous job on our recent renovation project. They were helpful, informative and managed the project bringing in the various trades when needed all of which were exceptional. All the trades were polite and easy to have around any unforeseen problems were dealt with efficiently, all in all a great job. Thankyou John and Ryan & team.

    Jon and Ryan did an excellent job replacing our interior lintel. They did a brilliant job on re-plastering the area to a high standard. The work area was was always left clean and tidy and communication was prompt and everything was well explained. They are both very friendly and a pleasure to have around, would absolutely recommend and would not hesitate to use again.

    Old plaster removed from walls, insulation board fitted on external wall, cupboard removed, window removed and bricked up. Walls and ceiling re plastered. New skirting fitted.

    Jonathan and Ryan arrived when they said the would arrive! Both were extremely friendly and easy to get on with. They explained clearly what would be happening when. Work was carried out to a high standard and finished when they said they would finish. Jonathan answered all phone calls and what’s app messages promptly.

    Requiring urgent repair to an internal concrete wall I got in touch with Jonathan and was incredibly impressed, from start to finish. Communication was great throughout and the work was arranged quickly for a reasonable price. On the day, Jonathan kept me up to date, arrived on time and completed the work to a fantastic standard, including keeping the house as clean and tidy as before. It's been the best experience I've had having work done and I wouldn't hesitate to get in touch with Jonathan in the future.

Hi, I’m Jonathan, I have been a bricklayer/builder for 8 years and a construction manager for a further 9 years. I have a wide range of experience from building new housing estates and apartment blocks to hands on property renovations, extensions and maintenance.
