Repair to big leak on main intake water pipe/anti limes scale device
10Verified ReviewDiscovered big leak on Sunday morning, contacted Josh who lives locally ( Herne Bay) and he diagnosed the problem via a photo and went and got the spare part and came and fitted it before lunch on Sunday!

10Verified ReviewJosh and Kane arrived within well within 24 hours of my contacting them and identified the problem almost immediately (a knackered shower pump in the loft) They located a replacement and were able to pick it up the next morning. It cost as quoted and arrived with it the next morning. It wasn’t an easy swap but Josh stayed until the problem was remedied. They understood that the job needed to be completed asap so we couldn’t use the hot water and went out of their way to get the job completed.

This was fixed the day after I contacted with no issues. Last night we had a pipe burst in our property and Josh attended in less than 2 hours after helping us shut the water off over the phone. He fixed the broken pipe within no time at all and his college cleaned the area and helped up Move furniture. We can’t thank them enough.
