    Honestly, I don't have a bad word to say. We were without water, he came round within an hour on a bank holiday evening. Job sorted, no problem. Jason's a really nice guy, patiently answered all my questions about how the heating system works, and even checked the connections on a tap I'd just changed were tight enough before turning everything back on (I wanted to be sure!). Nothing but praise for the guy.
