  • Issue with washing machine

    Damien responded quickly and offered excellent advice over the phone. He is a pleasure to talk to, incredibly knowledgeable, and honest. Damien exemplifies what a great tradesman should be, setting a standard for others to follow.     Damien was a life saver! My mother had been let down by another well known company on the installation of an integrated washing machine. Damien was able to come out very quickly to install. He was extremely professional and very clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

  • The Tripping Washing Machine

    Damien was informed of the replaced fuse and new heating element upon his arrival. He tested a couple of bits, confirmed the machine was out of warranty before stating that the PCB needed replacing. Upon questioning, he said the earth wire goes into the PCB and since removing the heating element earth fixes the issue, PCB is the problem. But after Damien left, I looked through the wiring and to my surprise, the earth wire only went to the interference filter and not to the PCB. I replaced the interference filter (90% cheaper than PCB) and the machine works. I will reserve my opinion.

    Damien was fantastic! I had been let down by two checkatrade workmen so I was sceptical but Damien has restored my faith in using the service. Damien was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He kept me fully updated regards my appointment. He was punctual and very courteous. The first thing he did was ask I would like him to wear overshoes which I really appreciated having recently had carpets and flooring laid. Damien fixed my tumble dryer on the spot and left the appliance and area where he worked spotless. I cannot recommend Damien highly enough
