    The fitters arrived on time and were extremely courteous and friendly. The job was done faster than we expected and of high quality. They cleaned up afterwards which left us little to do. All in all a very positive experience.

    Very impressed with the finished result. The lads were in and out in no time. Loft boarded, hatch with ladder and shelves fitted. No mess left anywhere. A short wait to get them round but I'd rather wait and know it's done to a high standard than someone coming out next day. Highly recommend

Company info

We are a small family run loft storage business, new to Checkatrade but certainly not new to the industry. We have been installing quality loft storage solutions around the North East since 2008. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and believe that a job should be done correctly, to a high standard, first time. We know how good our work is and as such we will never ask for a deposit from our customers before work begins. You pay nothing until the jobs complete and you are happy. 


We use only quality materials from brands such a Fakro and Youngman, both leading manufactures of loft hatches and ladders. We raise the flooring above your loft insulation using graded timber, and the flooring is P5 grade moisture resistant, screwed down not nailed.


We care about our customers and our reputation matters to us. As such we are pleased to offer a full 10-year guarantee covering both parts and labour on all of our installations.
