    I had a small amount of repointing needed and John came and inspected the area to give a quote and day he could come and make the repair. We had to postpone due to the terrible weather but John came the next morning. He was on time, did more than I was expecting and was competitive on the price. Very friendly, quick and tidied up after himself. Very pleased.
