  Iram was fantastic. She came out quickly and her communication before the job was very clear. She diagnosed the problem fast, got the part, and fixed the issue, all without it causing any disruption in a house with only one toilet. I can't recommend her enough.

• Utility room plumbing for washing maching

  Iram fixed incomplete works that a previous plumber left over in our utility room. She expertly fitting a new cold water supply and fixed up the drain for the washing machine, then went on to connect and test the washing machine. She also replaced the incorrectly fitted condensate pipe from our boiler. We were in a bit of an emergency situation. We contacted Iram in the morning and by the afternoon the job was done. I couldn't recommend Iram more, we're very happy with her good communication, friendliness, expert advice and high quality work.

• Changing flush valve on toilet

  In the process of fixing our flush valve, they chipped our toilet unit, and despite us having photo evidence this was them have refused to take responsibility for this damage. Within 4 hours, our entire flat and communal hall was badly flooded. They only temporarily fixed the flooding issue stating they didn't know how to fix it permanently. They have left us with water damage to our laminate floors and an unusable toilet and are refusing to resolve this, as they are blaming the plumbers that installed our bathrooms last year despite us having no issues with our toilet until they worked on it.
