  • Clutch Cable Repair

    I had the work carried out in November. Though the work was completed relatively quickly, I noticed over the last couple of weeks that the clutch biting point was dropping and I thought the clutch might fail - which JCM advised me at the time could happen. I have since been informed by a garage today that the cable wasn't failing, it was not attached properly by JCM and the car has been really dangerous to drive - in fact they called the work 'a mess, with serious issues'. JCM did not provide any email invoice or receipt despite me asking multiple times. I would like a refund for the work ASAP

    Upon initial response to the job in the evening they were with me the next morning. Very helpful and quick to try get the car started. After initial jump they left me with advice to keep it running however the battery died immediately after. Within an hour of letting them know they were back with a new battery. Great service and quick responses. Wouldn't hesitate to reach out with any car issues in the future.

    Theo was polite he kept me up to date with his ETA. He looked at my car, explained the problem to me and ultimately fixed the problem. He was able to do this in the space of 1hr. I will definitely be using him again.

  • To rectify an oil leak

    Having had excellent service from Justcalloutmechanics, I called to have them return to put right an oil leak from a gasket they replaced. They didn't show up. A second day/time was agreed, they didn't show up again! I am so disappointed as all the other work they have completed for me has been excellent, tidy and carried out with courtesy. I now have to find another mechanic, such a shame.
