  • Damp proof course for the gable end of my end of terrace house

    Justin did some damp proofing at the front of my house in 2020 and when I could see damp at the side of my house, I had no hesitation in asking him to do that too. He’s highly knowledgeable and professional and the absolute opposite of a rip off merchant. He gave me sound advice about a drain issue and offered to provide advice if I need it, after I’ve spoken to a drain specialist. I really can’t recommend Justin highly enough.

    Very polite and friendly service. After our telephone conversation in which I outlined the problem, we agreed to a home visit the next day. Upon his arrival, he spotted that major remedial work was unnecessary but gave advice as to how the situation might possibly be rectified. I would definitely use JustDamp again and would recommend him highly to others.

    I was very impressed with Justin, he reviewed the damp and after some investigation, told me that the newly repaired radiator in the room would cure the condensation problem. This is very honest of him as he could have just as easily told me I needed a vent installed to fix the problem...even though I didn't. Thank you Justin, I would happily recommend you.

    Justin was very helpful from the first call, during the visit through to following up with the paperwork afterwards. Really took the time to understand the problem on the phone before visiting our property the next day and resolving the issue. Justin explained everything about the issue we had and how he could resolve it in terminology that I could understand, with me having zero knowledge of damp problems and how to resolve them. A thoroughly nice guy, really personable and I'd definitely recommend him / use him again. Super tidy too!

My company JustDamp specializes in damp issues and the restoration of damage caused by damp.

 

We cover all areas from the Chimney down to the Damp Proof Course, typically all work is carried out by myself Justin Worden.

 

I worked for the family building business in Preston before studying at both Brunel University and the University of Central London (Formally the City of Westminster College).

 

I became a specialist in damp issues mainly due to the challenges that damp can bring, is it damp or condensation for instance?

 

I pride myself on my analytical and observational skills and put my customers concerns first.

 

Quotes are done on a fixed price basis and times and dates are strictly adhered to, the aim being to cause as little disruption as possible and cure all issues first time around. 

 

The majority of work carried out is guaranteed for a period of 10 years from completion and this is given in writing and backed by insurance if required.
