    New hole for lock created well but didn't solve the underlying issue of the door not being set correctly. The fix would be to either put new hinges in or to remove the pins for the hinge and reset but neither was not attempted. Left filler on the floor even when tried to wipe it up. Left marks on the wall where undertook work.

    I had a broken hinge at a push-out window. JW Locks and Services responded quickly and they were on time. They had a clear pricing system through a lump sum, so no unexpected charges and very rational prices. Very polite and helpful, dealt with the issue and also checked the whole window system to ensure it was okay, not just the hinge I called them in for. Very professional and friendly.
