Really struggled to find someone able and willing, but Joe answered the call and was able to come over, quickly identify the issue and repair within the hour. He was very clean and considering it was a weekend emergency callout, he didn't charge the earth. We have now also booked him in for some other previously planned work as we have actually been trying to find a good plumber with availability.
