  Roger came around to quote for the work very promptly. Also, he made suggestions as to how the wall could be treated within a reasonable budget, rather than going for the most expensive option. The weather was terrible on the planned week and the work had to be delayed but communication was good and the work was done in between storms. The K1 team were friendly and polite. I would recommend Roger @ K1 Roofing for this type of work.

• Refurbish Veranda and repair fountain

  Roger and his team were polite, friendly and reliable, turning up when planned. Roger's quote was reasonable and he stuck to the price we agreed, in fact he made the suggestion for how to refurbish my veranda roof, he has great intuition/vision and the end result was stunning! His team always worked extremely hard throughout the day and were thoughtful and tidy. Everything promised happened, they thoroughly removed old paint from ironwork and wood and bought it up like new and replaced the veranda roof. Plus repaired my foundation. I highly recommend K1Roofing I'm over the moon, my veranda now looks beautiful!
