• Heaters not working & sockets tripping

  We contacted KA contractors late in the day as we had problems with our heaters. Also some socket problems. They offered us to visit us for free and told us what needed to be done. We were happy with the quotes and told us they can carry out the job there and then. Amazing! They fixed everything even though we called them late. The fellas explained everything throughout and kept us in the loop. We don’t usually write long review but these guys were class! Thank you so much, Would definitely recommend them to others.

• Underfloor Pipe repair and Screed

  The leaking pipes were repaired and appear to be correct. However the replacement screed was not flat and my floorer had to repair it before they could lay the flooring. This was especially disappointing as the quote from KA Contractors specifically stipulated the screed would be a high quality finish and flat which is 'essential' for the new floor to be fitted. I was happy with the plumbing works but the screed is substandard workmanship.

• New shower pump, new bath taps and bath panel installed

  My shower pump kept cutting out whilst using the shower. Mohammed came and examined the current pump he recommended that a replacement would be the best option. The estimates were reasonable. I asked him if he could also replace the bath taps and bath panel. He kept me informed throughout the job of what he was doing. Once he completed the job he showed me a demonstration of everything working and that there were no leaks from the pipework and pump. Mohammed was knowledgeable and completed the job to a high standard. Will be using him again for further jobs in the future.

• Installation of boilers and radiators!
