  Great company, This was the first major project I have had done so I was I little nervous but working together with the owners Chris and Vicky they made me feel so comfortable, they went through every step with me explained my options and listened to me and what I wanted, they didn’t try sell or push anything more on me which I found with other companies? Once the work started they were there through every step. The work itself was brilliant, a great smooth process and the finish is to an excellent standard I honestly couldn’t be more happy! Thank you Kai Building and all the workers, amazing.

• Kitchen and downstairs loo with building work

  Vicky coordinated the job which included a new kitchen and a new downstairs bathroom and utility adding in. It also involved steel beams and wooden joists adding and stud walls. There was a fair amount of plumbing, electrics, building, carpentry and plastering to coordinate and as its an old house there were the usual unexpected twists and turns along the way. Vicky waa always available to discuss the job and talk through any decisions. All the tradesmen involved completed the work to a high standard.

• Create an external opening for bi-fold installation

  The team at kai building created an external opening for some bi-folds, knocking through a tricky stone wall and installing the steel and making good. They were professional throughout keeping me updated at each stage as well as been helpful with any questions or support that I needed. Would recommend for any works you need doing!
