  Originally was to take two days to complete, April second & third, finally completed twenty fifth of April after a number of problems. April 2 extractor machine blew up. following day extractor went on fire, told they would phone me as to what was happening. As they had not contacted me, rang them to be told they were going to purchase new machine [4th April]. I rang to find out what was happening [8th April] was told they were going to refurbish or possibly to hire machine. I rang to find out what was happening, message could not take my call, they rang back. 18th hire 25th paint not match.

  We were told the guys would turn up before 9. They didn’t so at 10 I rang, they said they had rescheduled the day and would be here by 12. They arrived at 12:23 and worked their socks off. Awful loft to work in as rafters low. The workers were excellent, and the company only let down by poor communication

  The surveyor turned up on time was polite and friendly throughout and communicated what he found. He showed me pictures taken and what had caused my problems asked if I had any questions which were promptly and knowledgeabley answered. I found this to be invaluable and have no hesitation in getting Karnheath to be my contractor of choice.
