  Kevin did a very good job replacing the toilet cistern, he cut out the cladding around it very neatly and added brackets for additional support.

• Replacing a toilet

  I used Checkatrade to find a local plumber to deal with a problem with a toilet at my dad's house (I live 2 hours away). Kevin responded to my enquiry promptly. He went to my dad's the next day, assessed the job and provided an acceptable quote to replace the toilet. He did the job when scheduled, and sent me pictures so that I could see the work he'd done (what I used to judge "quality"/"tidiness"). I found Kevin to be courteous, helpful and reliable, and would recommend KCS Plumbing to others.
