  This company came to fix a leak , just flashing and rendering , was not overly impressed at the time ,12 months on and leak in exactly the same place, first time I called answered advised someone would come , never appeared , called more than 40 times and they use an answering service , they have never called back . Shocking customers service .

• New roofs on a tall house - impressive crew and coordinator

  The price was not small, but the experience was very positive. Alexander coordinated and planned, sharing what he found and what solutions he recommended. The crew were, I thought, outstanding. Courteous, communicative, skilled, and very hard working. They drew attention (and compliments) from others on the street, or watching from further away. Perhaps it's not that common to see such dedication to the job! They were also keen to share progress and explain what was being done and why. Tidying up was also thorough. The results look very professional and I'm expecting them to last.

• New facia boards and painted house

  Did a good job with facia boards but stripped the old stuff off and didn't come back for over 2 weeks and rain got in and made a mess of walls inside some rooms. To his credit he got a painter in to repair. House was painted but some of the paint has flaked off already and he's not replying to calls or emails.
