  Helpful, quick but thorough, polite and knowledgeable. I had a problem with my hot water going cold intermittently. I send a brief description to Mr Kepple to which he knew exactly what the issue was, ordered the part that same day and was over to me in 2 days. Would definitely use again.

• Lead pipe review and fix

  I have contacted Kepple Plumbing for a lead pipe review. Kepple Plumbing was the only company who came at home and discuss my complex project (lead pipe with terraced house). Zavia took the time to explain how best we should handle the lead pipe change pros and cons, and even if we couldn't do it at the end. Highly recommend Zavia and his team. I will not hesitate to contact them again if needed.

• Extensive gas and water pipe re-plumbing in Victorian house

  We’ve just been through extensive renovations in our Victorian house which required moving a gas boiler and a major overhaul of the heating system. This was a big and complicated job, and Zavia was truly amazing throughout: He came multiple times as the work progressed, moved and replaced what felt like miles of old pipes, helped with insulating pipes etc. He planned all the work carefully and then worked incredibly hard, often long hours, to make sure we had hot water in the evenings. Zavia is very professional and reliable - and really pleasant to interact with. I highly recommend him!!
