  Really pleased with this work. A big job which I was apprehensive about, but Jake was excellent throughout. Real efforts to keep the place tidy and listened to my feedback (e.G I was not happy about ceiling height in utility room and Jake changed it right away with no fuss). Very friendly and professional and nothing was too much e.G the tarpaulin blew off the roof in heavy winds and were round early next Sunday morning to fix it for us. Flexible schedule with Jake frequently helping me with his van running to screwfix.

• Full refurbishment of entire home

  Jake led a full renovation and refurbishment of our two bedroom house and did the most fantastic job. We knocked down walls to create a bigger bathroom and open plan kitchen/living room, re-wired the whole house, fitted a new kitchen and bathroom and refurbished every room. All the work was done to an extremely high standard and added very good value to our home. Can’t recommend highly enough.

  We required a rear two storey extension along with a full remodel of our upstairs. We sourced many quotes and Key Conversions offered the best value by far. They laid out a clear time line, payment structure and worked with us and our architect to give us our dream home. We can’t thank Jacob enough for the transformation. There have been a couple of unforeseen issues along the way, none of which were Key Conversions fault, but Jacob identified them early and had solutions prepped for when he brought them to our attention. Jacob has a great knowledge of methods and materials to get the job done

  Jake and his team were a charm to work with. They turned up on time everyday and were very courteous and polite not only to us but also our neighbours. Jake wasn't the cheapest amongst the quotes we received, yet we chose him because we saw he had the experience, a clear execution plan to back his timeline and pointed out problem areas and how he will overcome those. This was our first time dealing with construction worker and wanted a builder whom we can work with and Jake fitted right there. Overall, we are mighty pleased with the quality of the work, smooth experience and collaboration.
