    Karl went above and beyond to repair our boiler which resulted in him returning a few times to resolve the various problems. He was incredibly prompt and helpful..plus unbelievably fair with his charges along with all his expertise knowledge. So very grateful we found him and feel we can call him anytime if needed in the future. Thankyou Karl for all your time and help.

    Karl is my go-to person for any central heating or plumbing issues. He is so knowledgeable that he quickly understands the problem and clearly explains the solution. Always courteous and friendly, he charges a fair price and always gets the job done. Karl is dependable and efficient. He fixed a shower leak problem for us and later a central heating issue. He and his son Vinny are a great team.

Company info

My name is Karl Holdsworth, I'm 49 years young. I have a wonderful family and I live in the Uckfield area of East Sussex.


I've been a heating and plumbing engineer for 32years working in all areas of the industry. I've been self-employed for about 10 years and haven't looked back. I mainly work out in the field myself however my son has started helping me on Saturdays as he wants to continue the family business, my wife kindly takes care of the office-related duties.


The main field I like to work in is predominately heating-related, for example, Boiler services, boiler repairs, boiler installation as well as full central heating systems. I have a big customer base in Brighton where I used to take on all aspects of work, and sometimes still do, but now I'm in Uckfield I'd like to just concentrate on the gas side.


I've always worked hard and have a good work ethic of which I'm keen to pass on to my son, also I aim to keeps my customers extremely happy.
