    I really appreciated the constant communication and the clear explanation on what the issue was. I was advised that it would cost more to try to source parts and fix than the original cost of the unit. Attitude was professional and considerate in what is a vulnerable situation. Left us with an alternative solution in the meantime. I recommend KILM highly.

During the service he was extremely professional and did a very thorough job completely everything mentioned in the quote. He also offered some great advice for ongoing maintenance.
