    Initial job was flawless, no fault there. One of the new thermic valves is faulty and leaking (not Andy's fault). Despite numerous attempts to call, text and message, valve is still leaking two months later, after he visited once before Christmas to adjust valve. Valve still leaked after this visit and despite a subsequent promise to replace it have heard nothing since. Not picking up calls or returning them, no option to leave message. Not answering texts.

    Andy contacted me within minutes of requesting a quote and was out the next day. Himself and Steven took 3 days to fully remove the old heating system and fit a combi boiler, 10 new radiators and new gas and water pipes throughout, as well as installing some of the radiators in new locations. Due to the age of the old system I believe this wasn't a straight forward swap and replace. Andy and Steven were friendly, kept us up to date with where they were throughout, and he did not go over the price quoted which was extremely fair and reasonable, including an 8 year warranty.
