• Pointing chimney and repairs to flashing to stop leaking flat roof

  Arrived promptly to give a quote. Looked very professional using a drone to inspect the the roof. The quote was well priced. On arriving to carry out the work informed me that another part of the roof which wasn't leaking needed to be replaced. Quoted £6000 which gradually dropped every time I said no. He managed to find more things wrong which were clearly visible during the first quote, these were mentioned in passing. At the end of job he used these problems as an excuse to cancel the 10 year guarantee. The roof not only still leaks but has got worse since his visit.

  Joseph attended promptly to provide a quote. As part of that he used a camera drone to show exactly what and where the damage was. So we knew what we were in for. He quoted reasonably, and was clear what was being included. He arrived with the team on the agreed day and they were efficient, tidy, polite and quiet (especially given the nature of works). He used the drone to show the works completed and was helpful in explaining challenges and things to watch out for going forward. They cleared everything up behind them and took it away. All-in-all, good customer service and experience.

  Friendly and trustworthy company. Really pleased with the repair to my roof after I had some cowboys do a terrible job, king and sons came quickly and repaired the roof efficently. Will recommend these to everyone I know.
