    It’s been three months since this company has supposedly fixed the roof tiles. The leak is still there and another roofer has identified many tiles that are loose and placed incorrectly. The main point of contact is not a roofer so whenever you ask them a question, their point of contact keeps saying ‘I’m not a roofer’ in response. I must now hire a new roofer to do the work they should have done the first time.

    Bailey was very helpful and really courteous. The issue with the roof has been going on for some time following very poor work by another contractor and Bailey has reassured me that he will return to check the hopefully-resolved problem should there be any further issues.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
