  • Boiler fault diagnosis and service

    I found Ian on checkatrade after years of disappointment with BG. I rang him on a Friday morning to book him in to diagnose my boiler fault and he happened to be in the area the afternoon of the same day. Ian arrived right on time and was pleasant to deal with, he was able to fix my issue with a simple service and didn't require any parts replacing etc. I would definitely use Ian again and will be booking him next year to service again.

    Easy ring up and book in and flexible with his times. Carried out boiler services and gave them a full check over and spotted a lot of mistakes previous engineers didn't and was happy to fix them as part of the service. Very reliable.

    I telephoned Ian at 8am to ask if he could check the hot water as it wasn’t working. He went straight away and within a couple of hours it had been checked and a new part sourced and fitted. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and very tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Overall they were polite, professional, and I would definitely use them again!

Trading for over 29 years and with over 39 years’ experience, I have extensive knowledge in heating design, fault finding and repairs. I am also a Ideal Ex service engineer!

I work on all makes and models of gas boilers large or small with a good all round knowledge and many years’ experience.
