  Kingswood Property maintenance carried out some bathroom work which included removing an existing shower cubicle and fitting a new bath with screen. Rod was extremely reliable and efficient from the get go when we received a quote to the end of project. He was hardworking, polite and carried out the work to a high standard and was extremely tidy. Would highly recommend. 5*

  We have been misled by the boasting and reviews on this page. Rod frequently arrived late and left early. Some days he didn't turn up at all. He came in to work during the last 2 weekends while it was inconvenient for us. He reacted angrily to our questions and disrupted the peace of our family life. The walls have not even been smoothed before painting. The shower door fitting has been poorly thought and is limiting our everyday use. The old weathered plastic board used for the windowsill is unhygienic. ... We were without shower or basin for over a month, without toilets for over a week.

• Bathroom Refurb

  Kingswood recently completed a refurbishment of our bathroom. The work involved removing/rerouting existing pipework, levelling the existing floor for wet room style shower and fitting a new suite. We could not fault Rod on his quality of work or suggestions on the job when any challenges were found. We could’nt fault them and would highly recommend.

• Complete bathroom refurbishment

  Rod was recommended to me by my daughter. He stripped out old units, re plastered, re tiled and supplied all the new units/fittings. I now have a lovely modern bathroom. Was pleased with the quote and the final figure which included some agreed extra works. He was friendly and always cleaned up before leaving each day. I would definitely recommend Rod.
