    We're very pleased with the hobby room/tool store that Kev and his team built for us. Particularly pleased with the level of insulation both in the walls and the roof that Kev included in his quote which was better than the other quotes we got for a similar price. The electrics including heating and lighting were well thought out and serving us well in the current December/January temperatures! We'd certainly recommend KJ Kilford for building works anyone might be considering.

    We had a loft extension to gain an extra bedroom. The Kilford team got to work immediately making the most of the good weather they had the timber frame up in no time. The workmanship is second to none and every workman was so polite. The organisation of different tradesman interacting with each other worked like clockwork. The timeline of the project was pretty much spot on to the original estimate and Kilfords were happy to address any minor snags along the way. We now have a house to be proud of and would recommend this skilled team of home creators to anyone that wanted a job done well.

    Really pleased and impressed. Kevin was great to deal with and the guys were fab. Clean and a pleasure to have here. They did a great job and we also needed to so follow up stuff doing...custom fence panels again quick, great job and spot on as we were quoted. Absolutely reccomend.

We started the company in 1989 and have been working in the local area ever since. 

All aspects of building work and carpentry undertaken. We will carry out jobs from small to large, from fitting a new front door to a major refurbishment/extension/loft conversion or a new build.
