  KM builders have helped repair our older house in Oxford. We required the removal of failed rendering and new lintels to cure water ingress as well as refreshing an outhouse building (new doors, roof etc) The quote for the work was fair and transparent. All work was carried out on time and to a high standard. The team clearly take pride in their work as they did some extra work around the repairs to make the final result look professional.

  I was worried that what we needed doing was too small of a job. However, Tim and his team were quick, precise and efficient. They constantly wanted our opinion to make sure we were happy. There was a slight issue with the tap we had bought but they managed to get this fixed to avoid getting a new replacement. The finished result is great. I would definitely recommend.

  Tim and his team did a fantastic job building our side return. Digging foundations. Doing the brickwork. Creating a very fiddly long tunnel through a cavity wall for our cat flap. Taking real care to do smooth plastering and painting. Always following our architect's plans and suggested materials. There were a few jobs Tim wouldn't take on - for example, windows/door supply/installation. This was made clear up front and we appreciated the honesty (rather than builders who promise they are experts at every single thing). KM take real pride in their work and we'll definitely use them again.

  Really happy with the work and with the team. The work was well planned and coordinated, and the whole team was brisk yet friendly. Very professionally completed and managed.
