  Due to a lead flashing issue where rain was leaking through I contacted a local roofer who quoted what I thought was a much over inflated price which included some unnecessary work which I was dubious about and subsequently proved right.Kevin came round and took the time to look on the roof and confirmed new lead flashing was needed which was what I thought.Kevin quoted a realistic and fair price which was three times lower than the other trader.Kevin did an exceptional job and you would be hard pressed to find a more trustworthy and reliable tradesman who carries out a first rate job.

  We'd been struggling for months to get roofers out to quote for the job, let alone complete it. Kevin showed up when he said he would, evaluated the job quickly and was able to return the next day and complete the repair. He was an absolute life saver as more rain was expected and our roof was leaking. He explained what was required and he also checked the rest of the flashing to make sure it was in good repair. Highly recommend Kevin.
