  Rico and his team did an amazing job to completely overhaul our bathroom and I would strongly recommend KRL. From Rico's first visit to talk through every option available, through to our fantastic (and unrecognisable) new bathroom, KRL exuded professionalism, always going out of their way to ensure we got what we wanted with minimal fuss. We made several changes to our plans during the work but the team just got on with it, and made sure everything looked how we wanted. The finished bathroom is even better than I could've expected and our two small children were really sad to say goodbye.

  The whole process from start to finish was excellent, Rico came to the property on time, gave us a full brief on what he would do, how he’d do it, with time frames and costings. We agreed a start date, he started on time, plastic covering laid on the hall and stair carpets and the job progressed in a clean and tidy fashion. Anything we asked him to do was done with a smile and a professional attitude, his attention to detail is one of the best we have seen after having various contractors in the house previously . He would definitely be used again if needed, thanks for a great job well done.

• Main bathroom renovation

  Rico, Charlie and the team were an absolute pleasure to work with! KRL did my main bathroom renovation and I couldn't be happier. The pricing was fair and transparent, and the finish is high quality as Rico is a perfectionist. When the old floorboards were removed, I saw rubble and broken tiles in the subfloor (probably from decades ago) and Rico removed these without me even asking - I thought that showed good character. Through KRL, I met other good contractors - builder, tiler and plasterers, whom I have also added to my good list. Thank you again for everything!
