  Lads turned up on time. They were friendly and courteous and got straight to work on repairing some slipped tiles and replacing some missing tiles.They also completed some additional jobs such as fixing the gutting and emptying the clog in it. I would use KS Jackson again and recommend them to friends and family.

• Removal of tall chimney stack on bungalow

  Workers came exactly on time. They did the job in two and a half hours from arrival to finish. They knocked down the chimney with its rendering and two aerials level with the roof. They attached new batons over the cleared part of the roof and put new tiles there. They cleared away all bricks, rendering, aerials and took it all away with them when leaving. A couple of hours later it rained heavily. This was a good test for the new tiles. Not a leak anywhere. A job done well, quickly and efficiently.

• Making garage roof safe, secure and waterproof.

  PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Agreed £760 to make my 80 year old father's garage roof safe after partial roof collapse and leak. The quote was to secure and reinforce corrugated panels internally and paint roof externally with a waterproof roof fibre coating. Issues are: 1. Roof still leaks 2. Garage not safe to enter 3. Receipt for payment and guarantee not provided 4. Asking the customer to order the materials they have already paid for for themselves! 5. Poor quality of workmanship 6. Charging for products not used 7. Time taken - now 6 weeks and still not done

• Leaking roof !

  Repaired my leaking roof, ridge tiles and replaced some cracked tiles too . Turned up quickly, gave a quote, and job completed the following day. Couldn’t ask for more. Definitely recommended. Was a constant worry every-time it rained, I can now relax.
