    We've recently moved into the area and didn't know any local builders, so it was a relief to find K Smith. They have since carried out various building works on our home, which is a period property and often tricky but their professionalism has been excellent in our view. We found them very competent, reliable and trustworthy and we'd be happy to recommend them.

    I have had some poor experiences finding competent builders but I am pleased to have found K Smith. This company is fantastic. K Smith was my best quote for the work needed. The company stayed in touch, kept me informed, kept to the timeframe agreed and carried out the work to a very high standard. I have found it hard previously to find a decent builder but K Smith is definately one. I will be keeping his deatils for any future works. Absolute 10/10! Highly recommend.
