• Chimney repointing/skim, slipped slate repair and ridge tiles fixing

  Quite surprised at the fast turn around time from posting the job on Checkatrade to job completion. The workmanship appears to be of good quality and any additional issues were highlighted (slipped slates, loose ridge tiles) when inspecting the chimney in further detail. Photos were taken of the problem areas highlighting the defects prior to agreement. All repairs completed at the same time. It hasn't rained heavy yet so can't say for definite that the patch repair has fixed the leaking chimney.

  Ben and the team were absolutely amazing. I found them via Checkatrade. Ben came out to give me a quote for removing the mortar and swapping to dry verge fitting. Not only was the price reasonable, the job was done to a very high standard. They did EVERYTHING I asked them to do (and more.) Top bunch of lads. Thanks Ben & Team at LAC Roofing Bury.

  This is the forth time LAC roofing has completed works for Clearwater Property Lettings, we have kept Ben and his teams number as we always can be assured that they will arrive when they have booked, are professional and courteous on meeting tenants and have completed work sending pictures of before and after.   100% professional. Had contacted two previous roofers for my parents, one no show. One quoted, booked and didn't return. Ben and his team arrived, assessed the roof by getting on roof took pictures so my parents could see areas affected. Then returned the next day spent a good 4 hours completing and again took pictures of work. Friendly, polite, hardworking and arrived when they said they would. Excellent
