    Had ants going up and down the hallway and had no idea where they were coming from. Mel followed the route they were taking and explained what she was going, why and how ants work to help any future problems. Mel then put some stuff that stopped and killed them by their entry and exit and I haven’t had any since. Really knew her stuff and came really promptly

    I have had a few problems with both rats and bugs over the last year! Lady bugz were absolutely brilliant on both occasions! Both problems were resolved very quickly and professionally. Highly recommended!

  • Investigating possible wasp nest

    We asked Mel to come and check whether we had a wasp nest after we had a couple of weeks with lots of wasps in the bathroom. She carried out a thorough investigation of the bathroom, loft and outside and was unable to see any evidence of a nest. She was obviously very knowledgeable on the topic and if the had been a nest I am sure she would have located it. She spent about 30 minutes investigating and as she had not located a nest she refused to take payment for her time.

    Lady bugz were asked to assess squirrel in roof. Melissa was very knowledgeable and also discovered evidence of bats, mice and squirrels occupation. She will return with an assessment of the situation and the way forward with the problems
