    Dan was great from start to finish on this job. Unlike many people I contacted he replied almost straight away when I enquired. Was very reasonable with the quote too. He surveyed the job, told us what to expect with time frames etc and contacted us again promptly when they glass was delivered to him for fitting. He arranged a time quickly to then do the job and arrived promptly. The job was carried out efficiently and well. He tidied up afterwards and my new glass pane looks great. I was very happy with his service and will definitely return to him for future jobs and recommend to friends.

    Beyond the actual day of fitting, Dan was exceptionally patient and communicative in the weeks leading up to the day works were carried out. Helping advise us on some of the options and allowing us to repeatedly revise the design. On the day of fitting, he carried out the work at a good pace (not sure he took a break or ate anything), and was, to my mind, a little too thorough on the detail and final presentation. But in the end we'd paid a large amount of money, so it was very gratifying to be happy with both the product and the installation. Good experience.

Although a new business LDGR has been working within the double glazing and repairs industry for well over 20yrs. LDGR is a family run business that prides itself on providing the local, friendly handy man for all your uPVC and Aluminium requirements.

Don't Despair, Repair: 

There are companies will tell you that you need new windows if the hinges just need replacing or that you need a new door if the lock is faulty. Although there are times that this can be the correct assessment there are the times where this just isn't the case. 

With experience in repairs ranging from roofline, doors, conservatories, windows down to handles and misted or broken units. You can be sure that if your existing uPVC or Aluminium products are faulty, LDGR will do everything possible to repair it, so you don't have to pay out for new products. You can even call on us to install a cat/dog flap into your door panel!
