  LLoyd responded to my request for a quote and visited a few hours later. He checked to see whether a repair was possible instead of just going for the easy and more expensive option of replacing the boiler. I considered him to be honest in his assessment and he subsequently provided a quote (new boiler) which I accepted and commenced work the following afternoon. Within 4 hours he had the new boiler up and running with hot water/heating; much appreciated given that the occupant of the property was an elderly gentleman. He returned the following day to complete the job. Left site clean and tidy

• Central heating breakdown in house with 95 year old resident

  My father in law was coming out of hospital to a cold house. Lloyd picked up the job at 730am and worked until 1030pm that night to replace the boiler and various pipes and make sure that the house was warm for him to come back to. Fantastic service, Lloyd is very tidy and responsive and we cant thank him or recommend him highly enough. Please use his services if you can, you will not be disappointed!

  Lloyd attended my property to fix a boiler. He was very amenable to fitting the job in his Saturday, and fixed it within a few hours of being contacted. Absolute pleasure to deal with and the quotation he gave me didn’t change. I have no doubt I’ll call on him again if in a similar situation and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

• Boiler not Working

  Called Lloyd from L&L Heating and Plumbing yesterday regarding my boiler which wasn't working. He came round yesterday and determined that the heat exchanger within the boiler was leaking and therefore due to the age of the boiler a replacement boiler was required. Today he fitted a new boiler within 26 hours of my original call. He showed me how to use the new boiler controls and it is working well. Lloyd and his colleague were both courteous and tidy and kept me informed of what they were doing. Will use them again and recommend them.
