    Plumber appeared and did not dry up water to ascertain the source of my leak. He then proceeded 2 insult my intelligence by saying the tap could not be replaced??? He then said however that he was going 2 collect his tool bag and would b straight back? I am nearly a week later STILLWAITING! As I do suffer from acutely from anxiety this chaps inability to speak the and his low morals have left me extremely broken and upset emotionally!!!

    I needed the UFH back up and running quickly. The gentleman arrived the next day, immediately saw that the pump to the UFL had stopped working, he went out, bought a replacement and fixed it on the spot. Very reliable and pleasent to deal with. Would highly recommend.
