  We have dealt with a few builders over the years but L&S have been exceptional. The work has been done to a really high standard, on time and at the contracted price. Everything was done very efficiently, during working hours only, and with great care to keep things clean, safe and well managed, letting us live at home through the work and minimising disruption to the neighbours. They clearly wanted to build something they would be proud of too and they fixed a number of existing problems with our house that other builders might have left. We feel very lucky to have found them.

  From the moment we first met with L&S Homes it was clear that they were professional, keen to understand our needs and incredibly efficient. Our quote arrived promptly within a few days and was clearly laid out, easy to understand and reasonable. The building team always arrived on time, were polite and incredibly tidy and the workmanship was to a very high quality. Our house went from an ugly chalet bungalow to a beautiful home. Such was the quality and efficiency of their work that we had a stream of people knocking on our door asking who our builders were! We are sure we will use them again!

  Absolutely brilliant building company!!! Professional on every level and details. Completely reliable and trustworthy with excellent knowledge, recommendations, experience and skills. Massive work was done in what felt like no time at all due to everyone coming to work on time, good management skills, clear directions and communication between workers and us. Absolutely good and clear contract between us and company where everyone’s needs were met and no problems occurred. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to get work done nicely and at reasonable costs.

  We couldn't be any more pleased with L&S Homes approach, work and team. We were able to see their previous and existing job sites. One client had used them 4x times, and now our job is complete, we know why! Despite a hugely difficult market, with material price increases weekly, they delivered our project for the agreed budget and to a great standard, allowing us to make decisions on finishes throughout. They have a great, extremely hardworking and courteous team. We now count Lidia and Simon as friends, and they'll be our first (hopefully only) call for any future work.

  L&S were professional from start to finish. A family business they were pleasure to deal with and their personal touch allowed us the right level of flexibility. Their knowledge and experience is impressive. Glad we agreed to some suggested improvements to our non-standard build. Materials were arranged , ordered and delivered like clockwork without a need for us to lift a finger. L&S managed building control at the necessary points throughout the build. The skilled team were very hard working and tidy. Any snags we’re dealt with. The final finish was superb. We are so pleased we chose L&S Homes.

  L&S Homes were recommended to me by some friends for whom they had also completed an extension.You hear lots of tales about 'cowboy' builders,but Lidia and Simon (L&S) were so helpful and efficient that everything went well and the extension was on time.The boys on site,who became almost part of the family,produced an excellent quality of work and also cleared up every evening,which was nice.Would be happy to recommend them.
