  It's been so good to have found Matt Larkin! We have been so delighted with everything he's done for us including tiling, extending our patio, building shelves and cupboards, putting in a loft ladder and an outside tap. He's really skilled and experienced in a range of work so it's really great to not have to search for different people to do other things - Matt does it all and really well and very reasonably priced.

  It's been really wonderful to build a trusting relationship with Matt Larkin following our move to High Weald Kent a year ago. He's done a range of jobs for us including tiling, building shelves and cupboards, extending our patio, putting in a loft ladder and outdoor tap. He's always been really amenable, reliable and excellent value for money.

  I highly recommend using Larkin services. It is a family run business and has reliable business contacts whenever needed. From the first measuring up visit to the finished job Matt and co have been great. My property is old so not very square etc but Matt has made my kitchen and dining room look fabulous. I will be contacting Larkin services for any other work I need sorting. Great company and lovely people.

  Matt gave excellent advice and help with measurements, and was a pleasure to deal with, from the original quote to arranging deliveries and finally carrying out the work. He was polite and conscientious, with an excellent eye for detail. The standard of his work was first class. We are delighted with the final result.

  Matt was professional and very personable from the point of contact, providing a quote to turning up the very next day. What I asked for may not seem much but he was diligent in all he carried out for me. He has so many skills and a wonderful collection of other tradesmen, so I definitely know that I will be using him again and have already recommended him. And the big plus he is so reasonably priced, so considering the cost of things today, I highly recommend you give Matt a try, trust me you won’t be disappointed. He receives a 10* rating from me!
