    Lewis replied super fast to the job request and came out the same day to quote for the work. Actually went up the ladder to have a look at the problem, others didn't. Was very polite and courteous at all times. Came to do the job in horrendous weather conditions, still smiling. Did a great job, left no mess and also fixed another issue whilst he was up there. Would definitely recommend. Thanks.
