  Lance was extremely prompt in responding to my initial enquiry, he popped round to arrange the quote the same day, the price was fair and reasonable and the work completed within 24 hours of the quote being accepted. We are extremely happy with the workmanship and service received and would not hesitate in using this company for future roof works required.

  Construction:Despite some minor issues, the workers did good quality work. However, they left some corners cut at the end of the job, which dropped their rating from very good to good. Overall, I was willing to tolerate these issues, knowing the average building standards in the country. Quality Claim: The flashing on all roof windows was damaged, the contractors blamed the material quality and hot weather. They refused to take responsibility for any issues and eventually disappeared without resolving the problem. Two independent roofers confirmed that the material was over-heated/stretched.

• Renewed valley

  Lance did an excellent job on the valley between two pitched roofs.With that job he had to keep on liaise with us because he needed two completely dry days which was no easy task with the weather in July and beginning of August. Everything went like clockwork, he is a great worker. Many thanks Lance.

  Fantastic! - Lance and his team completed a complete re-roof in 2 1/2 days, starting on the agreed date and arriving at 7.30 each day. From the well-planned arrival of a skip and the materials to the expertly finished dry ridge hip system, Lance always explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. Nothing was too much trouble, including a few 'extras' that were prevously agreed. Very pleasant and friendly roofer of a high standard, excellent competitive price and not a penny more than the initial estimate. Lance exceded all my expectections and is a credit to the Trade.
