  Brilliant! Luke is very reliable and plans each job in great detail to get the best outcome. He diagnosed the underlying cause of our damp issue and accurately diagnosed penetrating damp due to poor pointing/leaky gutter. He even made suggestions for DIY external waterproofing measures we could do to prevent the issue recurring.

  Luke has been a pleasure to deal with, always turning up when he has said he would and doing a brilliant job. Working on an older property can be a pain as you discover problems within the old brick work, but Luke was brilliant as suggesting and then installing a solution. I felt confident the whole time Luke was onsite that he would deliver what he had promised. I would highly recommend working with Luke.

  Luke was absolutely fantastic, he was knowledgeable about what we needed to do for our chimney re-build and also helped us to ensure we were compliant with Listed Building Consent. He worked very hard, he was really easy to deal with and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend and we will definitely be speaking with him about future jobs as and when!
