9.5Verified ReviewVery easy to communicate with and arrange appointment. However, the first plumber installed the tap incorrectly so one of the features didn't work (retractable tap without weighting, so tap head just dangled over the sink rather than retracting). He didn't inform us of this at the time. I arranged a second call out where a much better plumber came to fix the issue and did so without charge. Would use again, despite inital problem.

10After contacting LCA for help regarding a toilet cistern that would not flush their prompt reply was first class as was their engineers who were at my house at stated time.They carried out the repairs that were needed and refurbished others that were in a poor state, an excellent job well done.
