  Never had gas before so was a little apprehensive when it came to choosing a reliable plumber! What a find!! The whole process from quotation to installation/completion couldn’t have been easier. Great communication from Chris & Hannah throughout, turned up exactly as agreed. Installation of a combo boiler and associated works carried out professionally and efficiently, all waste removed from site, everywhere left clean & tidy. Chris patiently explained how the boiler and smart thermostat worked, ensuring I was happy with the app and even talked me through setting up a heating schedule!

  Very pleased with the work done and the consideration of the engineer when we had a medical emergency during the original call. He was very helpful and came back at a later date to finish the job. Timekeeping great, explained what he was doing and answered my questions. Would definitely recommend.

  Swift response to my initial contact via Checkatrade. A suitable appointment, date and time, was very quickly arranged. Plumber was punctual and very efficient. Everything was explained and work completed satisfactorily. I am very pleased with the service Lee's Plumbing & Heating provided and I am now going to be contacted on an annual basis to be reminded that the boiler is due for a service. Overall an excellent experience and I am very pleased. I would definitely recommend this company.

  Chris and Sam replaced the defective gas pipe, threading the new pipe under a tiled floor without disturbing the tiles. A job well done in very short time. As usual very professional and polite giving full satisfaction.
